Thank you for your reply and understanding. The only people outside of work that I'd talk to would be my mum. She as well knows what I'm going through, I talk with her about it every week or so. Apart from her there really is no one else. There were friends that I did have that I could've gone and spoken to but unfortunately life's changed and I don't speak with them anymore.
