Hey @HugoLee
I've chatted to you a bit on one of your other posts and am really happy to hear you were able to get a diagnosis. I have a chronic illness as well and understand the mixture of emotions that are involved after a diagnosis, and grief is definitely one of them. It takes time to grieve for the life you thought you may have had without the chronic illness and accept how life will be with a diagnosis. You're definitely not alone in feeling like this, take your time to process it all ❤️
It's so great to hear you're able to get medication to help some of your symptoms! Hopefully they start kicking in for you soon and you'll be able to notice a difference and maybe find you feel a bit better mentally too with a bit of the pain lifted.
I remember you mentioning before that you were into wood carving and murals - is there maybe some classes you could go to, or online groups you could join where you could meet people that are interested in similar things? I think a good way of finding someone to date is to focus on the things you love and meet people who you can connect with through that. Are there any other things you enjoy that you might be able to find people with similar interests online or in person?
