It can be so awful when someone draws attention to something that we hadn't considered a problem previously. We start focusing on it and questioning whether or not it really is something we should be worried about. I can only imagine how stressed and confused you must feel about everything. I was just wondering if there was a Health professional you might feel comfortable speaking to about this, as it might help ease your mind a little?
We also have a number of articles on eating disorders that may be worth having a look at, including one with a list of Support services. It might also be worth reaching out to a service like The Butterfly Foundation, where you can talk to someone via phone, online chat or even email.
