Thank you for posting and sharing your thoughts! I'm so sorry you are having to wait an indefinite amount of time for some professional clinical support... that must be so frustrating 😔
I think what the others have said perfectly summed up the thoughts and advice that popped into my own head whilst reading your post. So let me try and say this in my own words...
You are valuable. You are valuable intrinsically within yourself, without any other thing like work, schooling, achievements etc. attached to your worth.
You deserve to take time off to help yourself feel better. Your health comes first. Without it, we can't function in an optimal way and meet our true potential. So please continue to search for some better strategies to manage your mental health and recover. You very much deserve to look after yourself and have some time to heal.
What are some things you do already that help distract you or help to manage your symptoms a little better?
