Sensory overload can be debilitating and I'm sorry you have to put up with the discomfort of it. It's great you've found something soothing to counteract that. If you're trying to understand it in terms of a diagnosis the best things to also is seek medical advice. Maybe start with a GP who may then refer you to a mental health clinician. Keep using your techniques and take care of yourself through self-care. We're here for you 💜
