Sounds like she meant alot to you and still does, so I can see how difficult it would be to let go. Moving forward is never easy for anyone and there is no set time frame for this.  Its great to hear that you do have supports that you can talk to about this like your counsellor but sometimes we need that more regularly. Do you ever talk to friends or family about this also?

Im glad you have spirituality in your life also, it sounds like that has been really helpful.
