Writing can definitely be a great way to externalise things. And they do say not to make big life decisions at a whim, so its great to hear that you recognise not to make big life decisions when youre not in the best headspace.

Its so good that you all get together at the end of the week. Sounds like you really enjoy it. We all need something to look forward to for sure!
