Hi,

I started work as an agency personal carer about a month ago. Today, I just filled in an incident form, because I mentioned a resident fell on my watch and had to tell the clinical care coordinator about it. I have seen residents fall on a few occasions, mostly when transferring them to the toilet or to a different chair. I'm just wondering...am I a bad carer if residents have fallen on my watch a few times and if I've had to fill in an incident form?
