Definitely a night person! If I wake up earlier than usual (which is not that early because I wake up very late lol), then I feel tired for the rest of the day. I'm also more productive at night.

 

I would love to try and establish a set morning routine, and that would probably start with me going to bed earlier so that I can wake up earlier. To make sure that I sleep earlier, I would need to improve my sleep hygiene - I could drink some chamomile tea, switch off devices right before going to bed, etc.
