Hey @Crocidolite_Blue , I just wanted to check in and see how you're doing today? It sounds like yesterday was a pretty tough day for you. I saw in some of your previous posts that you've got OCD and I just wanted you to know that I've been there too and I know how tough it can be to try and keep going when your mind is telling you that you're not entitled to love and happiness and that you're a bad person. I'm lucky enough to have come through the other side with some self-compassion and great professional supports, but I certainly remember the crushing guilt - it felt all consuming at times. What have you been doing to manage these feelings of guilt?
Are you still seeing your psychiatrist? If you're interested, NOCD is a really cool app that I've used for managing my OCD that you mind find helpful too. If you're up for some reading, here's a link to some of their articles on OCD too. It really helped me to read through some of their blog posts and stories to know that I'm not crazy, nor am I alone.
