I just responded to your other post as well, but wanted to check with you again if you are feeling safe or if you’re experiencing any thoughts of harming yourself? You're clearly struggling and I want to make sure you're ok 💛
You mentioned that you tried to open-up to the psychiatrist, but felt too afraid - That's completely understandable, it's really hard to open-up to someone when you're not sure how you will be perceived. Have you considered an organisation like the Butterfly Foundation? They specialise in ED and can offer a wide-range of support, so you have the option to go with what you're most comfortable with. Do you think that maybe you'd be more comfortable being in a group setting, like a support group with others that have had similar experiences? There is no obligation to talk, you can always join just to listen.
