Hi reachout forums,

I mean I haven't went to my year advisor because I haven't felt comfortable talking to her about what my brother has been doing because then she would have to pass it on to someone else. But I've been wanting to talk to her about what has been happening with the boys in my year that I don't really feel comfortable around at all, and I do want some support or ideas from my year advisor at the moment maybe when I go to her next.

I haven't experienced a disruptive sleep before this is the first time I've had a disruptive sleep.

Well tonight if I have trouble sleeping I could listen to music that is calm or soft.
