Hey @Asparagus_Mammoth

I’m really glad to hear that you are going to speak to your teacher about this. It sounds like you really trust him, and it will be great to have some support from him. I was wondering if there was anyone else that you felt comfortable talking to or could give you some support like a school counsellor?

It sounds like you’ve really tried to explain how you’re feeling to your parents, and it is understandable how upsetting it must be to not feel heard or like you can be yourself at home.

Sometimes it can be difficult to communicate how you’re feeling and I wanted to include some articles that I thought might be helpful, they have some really great tips for having conversations with your parents, having difficult conversations, and other communication skills. Do you think that there’s anything in these articles that you could try?

I know you mentioned that you feel lonely and I’m sorry that you’re feeling like this. Is there anything that you do when you’re feeling this way that makes you feel better? If you want to explore some other things to do when you’re feeling this way than you could have a look at this article that has 11 things to do when you feel lonely and there’s also an awesome collection of self-care ideas that you could also have a look over!

I just want to remind you that we are all here for you and that you aren’t alone.❤️
