Hey @Courtney-RO and @Anzelmo, thank you both for responding 💜. I do try to take care of myself when I feel this way but it often happens when I'm not really around the usual things I cope with - like my crochet or able to listen to music. I've actually started bringing a little comfort item with me to work (only from today) so I don't know how helpful it will be but it's better than nothing 😊.
I think I will try to talk to my friend about this, but I'm not sure if it's a conversation best done through text or in person. We are meeting up next Saturday (not tomorrow) so I could talk to her then. And if I sent it in text I would be worried she would just read it and not respond. Plus it gives me time to think if I do it next Saturday. Would like to hear your thoughts 😁
