Its not ok for anyone to try to control another person, and I can understand that this would be causing you a lot of stress. Has this been impacting your sleep at all?
By opening up and talking about this shows a lot of bravery, and its really good that you are taking steps to take care of yourself 🤗
Do you have any other supports at the moment, like do you have other friends that you can trust and that may be more reliable? Would you feel comfortable talking to your school counsellor about this at all?
If you want to talk to someone and the school counsellor isn't an option, Kids Help Line is a really good resource to call or chat with.
