Thanks @Eden1717 , I understand therapy isn't a quick fix but it's really frustrating when it feels like I'm still just constantly going backwards over and over again.

 

Thanks @Dem--RO , sometimes I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with therapy because I can't tell what's going on in my mind so I feel like I'm not getting the most out of it really. Particularly recently it just feels like whatever I get done in therapy, it hasn't been improving my day to day.

Short term fixes in the past week have just been having uni classes so I'm preoccupied with something. Other than that I don't really know anymore, I was seeing friends more but they recently cast me out for some unexplained reason and so I've sort of closed off to everyone else as well now. Overall I'm just constanlty feeling very low and hard to motivate or even distract.
