Hey @Mandu_05
That sounds like a horrible situation to be in 😓
It's definitely not a nice feeling when people who are supposed to be there to support and encourage you, do quite the opposite of that.
I can't imagine your shock when you got slapped! Reading that shocked me!
I'm just wondering, have you been able to tell a trusted teacher about this? Or do you have a well-being department at your school? I understand it's the last few weeks of high school now, but it might do future students some good to raise awareness of bullying at school and the impacts it can have on peers.
Also, I want to reassure you that you're not being dramatic! Your feelings are entirely valid and what you're going through can feel really isolating and disheartening. You truly deserve a group of supportive friends around you.
I do want to tell you that friendships can definitely get better. I know people who really struggled with friendships from a young age (primary school all the way to the end of high school), but at uni, they really found 'their people'. It does take some courage sometimes to approach strangers but that's how friendships start and can blossom! I believe you'll find 'your people' too and that you'll be able to find the people you deserve.
All the best for exams! 💙
