Sounds like this is really consuming you, so no wonder youre often exhausted by two sessions into school. It must be really hard to focus on anything else. What do you normally do to help take a mental break from all of this? Sometimes doing something soothing and nice as part of our self-care, no matter how small, can make a big difference. What do you normally do for your self-care? I personally love to tune out by playing video games, watching a netflix show, going for a walk or having a long hot shower. Do you do any of those?
Im sorry to hear that your parents think you are being dramatic - that must feel very dismissive. It doesnt sound like you feel like you have one close friend who is not toxic, so i cant imagine how difficult it is to talk to any of your friends about all of this.
Besides the well being teacher, has there been any close friend or family member youve been able to confide in at all?
Like Courtney-RO has previously mentioned, sometimes it can be really helpful to talk with someone completely impartial so thats why a service like Kidshelpline who is always available via phone or webchat can be worth talking with.
