I have made it abundantly clear to not only my psychologist but also my GP and mother just how bad things are, unfortunately theres not really any clear solution or magic pill to treat this kind of phobia.
I will go through the articles, thank you for sharing those to me.
Also appreciate the welcomeness you provide on these forums, the frequent replies makes it really seem like people are interested in me and my wellbeing. Thank you.
