Hi @HappyPain
I'm also really proud of you for noticing that you need to create some boundaries between yourself and your friend. I can imagine that the rollercoaster of going up and down with your emotions and mental health can feel exhausting. Having a friend who also needs support from others and is not doing so well mentally either, can be difficult when you're going through things yourself.
Focusing on yourself is most important for now. What kinds of things do you like to do? Any hobbies? ❤️
