It's good to hear that you have a supportive partner and a nice circle of friends 😊 I've lived in another country as well, and I completely understand how stressful and intimating it can be when you're still trying to wrap your head around all the cultural and social norms. I found it gets easier with time, but having some professional supports that you can talk stuff out with, really helps to navigate through that sea of anxiety.
