The holiday period can be so busy, but I'm glad you have dropped by to update us on how life is going!

I'm sorry to hear you and your best friend are only able to speak at work. I can imagine that would be disappointing for you both, especially as the weather is nice and there are events on at the moment. Do you think there is a chance in the future that the two of you could hang outside of work again?

I'm also sorry to hear you're battling with strong feelings for another person. It must be hard to hold onto those feelings and not be able to share them with the other person. How have you been coping with those feelings? Do you find journaling helpful?
