It sounds like it has been a bit of a mixed week for you, from your soccer team winning to having to say goodbye to your beloved cat. Losing a pet is such a heartbreaking and awful experience, especially as they are usually more family than actual family. So how are you feeling about it all? I just want to say how much I admire all the strength you've shown. With all these obstacles and wins, you are doing such an amazing job at managing everything. That is definitely something to be proud of.
With everything that's been going on, it's great to hear that you went shopping and treated yourself to some new clothes! I think you deserve to treat yourself after everything you've been through. New clothes especially can have such a big impact on how we feel about ourselves, so I'm really glad to hear this. You mentioned buying yourself self-care items, is there anything in particular you were wanting to buy?
