Geez, I can see how tough that must’ve been for you and I’m glad that you decided to reach out today. Even though this has been happening to you for years, I’m so proud of you for continuing to push through and I think that is one of the biggest strengths for people like you. So I hope you realise how much of an amazing person you are, and that you should be proud of yourself! 🙂
Wishing that you can scream at the people around you and tell them that you’re not okay is a completely understandable and valid thought. I too feel this way a lot so I understand where you’re coming from. Please know that everything will be okay and I’m sure things will get better. ❤️
I hope you’re able to do something nice for yourself today. I wonder what helps you to distract yourself from having these feelings and thoughts?
