Hope you have been managing well. It can get overwhelming at times to have to balance errands and going out with friends, and getting in the mindset of trying to maximize and be the most efficient can also be challenging, but I understand why you might feel like wanting to do that. 

 

Is there any chance that you can dedicate a day just for the errand-related things and commit that day to getting that stuff done even if it sucks? That way you can spend the rest of your week not stressing about them and you can focus your energy on your social life without the pressure. 

 

I hope you have also found time for self-care and to just wind down and relax for yourself. It might help with the burnout that you mentioned.
