Sorry to hear that it's been hard for you... it must be really frustrating to hear that from a family member often for so long. Have you been able to find some support elsewhere either professionally or from another trusted person?
I can see how the family member may make you feel demeaned when they're being quite discouraging of you. I want you to remember your worth, your skill, your ability, and your confidence. Don't let others tell you what you can't achieve (I know I'm making it sound easy, but I guess this is the end goal).
I hope you're able to find some time for yourself to do something you love and enjoy. ❤️
