Congratulations on so many wins! I'm happy to hear that you are enjoying your workplace and that it has been a good environment overall. I think mentioning your pronouns is a great idea and it's wonderful that they've openly shown support with the progress pride flag. Great job as well on having a healthy routine cycle - it is so important to start our days off right and give ourselves the energy for the day.
