I'm so sorry to hear the news... It must be incredibly difficult for you right now and I can totally understand why you've been losing sleep over it. Any time things are uncertain, it can be a little scary, so uncertainty regarding your health must be making you feel really nervous.
It's ok to feel this way. It's only natural. I'm sure it's hard to try and focus on anything else but please remember to look after yourself as best you can. Watch a fun show, surround yourself with family and friends, practice mindfulness etc. I'm really glad you're talking to a counsellor and I'm proud of you for recognising when you're not feeling ok mentally. Your physical health can definitely impact your mental health and it's important to look after both as best you can.
I hope that you receive some better news next time you see a doctor and I'm sending you all of my best wishes and luck to you. Please update us when you wish and we'll be here 💙
