I feel incredibly alone too. It's a real struggle,
I'm really sorry that you are struggling right now and that it has caused more problems. But your not alone, I have been the same too. Even with eating, my weight has been going up and down like crazy and i can really have a hard time with it, like you.
And i get not being in the best headspace, especially for not being able to give support. I understand that completely.
But you are capable (more than you know) to work towards getting better even if it'll take a while because of becoming used to this way of coping.
