From your post, I hear that you have battled challenges through resilience and grit.
I absolutely agree that life lessons cannot be taken for granted. I too am eternally grateful for the lessons life has taught whereby I would not have learnt without the battles. And yes, with a heart filled with determination and desire - ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
Yes, the future may be scary but one will never know how it unfolds unless they are willing to give it a go.
