Hi @Qingli_Dawn, thank you for making this post - it is something that I think resonates with experiences of my own!
What helped me in my journey is definitely my family and friends, who shared my experience and possess a similar perspective. It's always nice to confide in each other about the barriers and challenges we can face due to being in limbo between our own culture and Australia's. Even if they don't share my ethnicity, this problem with cultural identity is something that all immigrants seem to experience, and always worth getting out of your chest.
It's also empowering to recognise that it's always better to take the best attitudes of different cultures for your own identity and well-being! For example, I love the lax and inclusive culture of Australia, but love how Korea loves and respects their family as my relationship with my parents and grandparents has been something that I cherish.
