hello @Lindas thanks for your reply. today i booked my first face to face therapy session so hopefully that will help me. i also use breathing techniques, so ill definitely give those ones a go!

 

ive been using an online mood app and i write things about my day, however its not very detailed. i think ill start writing more, especially about how i feel.
