Hey @Lavender_Shrew , thank you very much for reaching out!It must have been really hard for you and I am very proud of you.Proud of you for asking for help, proud of you for still being here despite the hardships that you have faced, despite the consuming darkness that seems to never disappear.

Depression is never easy, and I have been there before and am still there. For me, there is a quote that I very much carry within in and keep as a reminder for myself to continue despite how hard it may be, and I wish to share it with you.

"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to past, it's about learning to dance in the rain"

For me, this is what I am doing in my life and is the technique I use to continue being here.Because there are many storms in life, once a storm passes, there will always be another storm in a different form, and all we can really do is learn to process it, accept these emotions and say to ourselves: "It's alright" "I am still me, and I am braver than I think.Let's keep going or perhaps let's just start over again"

For me, I just say to myself:"No matter how slow, no matter, whether I have to walk, crawl or climb, I will do my best to keep on going. No matter the hurdles, it won't define me and I won't allow it define me"

Let's do our best together and keep on going!

Some activities I force myself to do to keep positive, is do some colouring. To place some textas and colouring books on a table right where I can see it so that I feel forced to do it.I also write a diary about my feelings. For me, it's a learning process.A healing process in which I keep these daily habits as a backup for whenever I feel hopeless.

Hope these Help!😄

May things get better for you and I am proud of you!😄😊

Always there for you whenever you need me!😄😊
