Today I practiced self care by listening to my body and my procrastinations, today was a special day where I had nothing planned and was able to do whatever I wanted to do! A lot of the time whenever I spend a whole day scrolling on TikTok or on Netflix I feel so unproductive, having a day dedicated to do just that it so important for me to enjoy my own self care method without personal judgement. Having planned 'unproductive days' helps me be more productive on days I need to be and how I best practice self care.
