I know you mentioned you were struggling with social anxiety in another post too, were you able to contact any of the text-based counselling services we provided? Or do you feel comfortable talking to your school counsellor if you have one?
I also want to say a big well done! I know your verbal presentations didn't go as you'd hoped. But the fact you still got up there and tried, even though you were feeling super anxious - huge! 👏 I'm wondering if your teacher gave you any support at all when you got upset in front of the class?
