What are you proud of this week?
Sometimes feeling proud of yourself can be hard, especially when you are going through a hard time or just struggling. Feeling proud of something does not have to be something huge like winning a sporting match, getting the grades you want, completing a marathon etc. Sometimes focusing on the smaller wins can be something you are more proud of such as getting out of bed, having a shower, and moving your body.
Personally, I have found that focusing on the smaller things to be proud of makes a bigger difference in my life rather than those much larger things, I found myself being more positive, more productive and I see more of a difference in myself than what I did a year ago.
This week I am proud of spending 5 minutes outside each day.
