I love this post Rara! I completely agree with you that we need to celebrate the small wins. I know I sometimes compare myself to others and think 'well I'm not doing as well as that person so I shouldn't celebrate myself'. I think it's awesome the little things are making a difference for you.

This week I went to the gym without my buddy for the first time which I was a bit nervous to do. Because I did it anyway I decided to reward myself with an expensive but delicious sandwich!
