Thank you for the lovely reminder to appreciate small moments of progress and growth. 

This week I'm proud of applying for an exciting role. For most of my life I've been anxious of putting myself out there, or putting myself in situations where I might "fail". And while it's been comfortable, it's really restricted my potential, the impact I can make on others and my own sense of fulfillment.  Whether I actually get this role or not, I know slowly putting myself in situations where I have to face this fear of failure is a step in the right direction for me. I'm proud of myself for taking this small step forward.
