My brain didn't really think in smaller steps either. I'm definitely more of a 'bigger picture' kinda person. I think it took me a long time to recognise how useful it could be to break things down into smaller goals. For me, it made me feel less pressured and actually made me feel like it was doable. I'm glad you'll give it a go. Let me know how it goes when you do!
