What type of bread are you going to make?

When I was living at home, I loved sourdough bread, and it was cool seeing the differences in every loaf. It does take a lot longer to make than other bread with instant yeast but worth it. 

If it's your first time, focaccia is pretty simple and delicious. You mix all the ingredients and let them proof.
