Hello @Red_Flamingo !! 

I'm actually thinking of Milk Bread! Have you tried that before? I'm so drawn to the fluffy softness when you tear it apart and the shiny golden egg wash on the top. The only thing is most recipes use bread flour (which I don't currently have). I did find a recipe using all purpose flour but not sure if it'll work with Australian all purpose flour (less gluten than the american version) so it shall be a gamble.

 

Yeah it's really cool to see how slight differences in the process changes the entire bread😊 Focaccia sounds (and smells!!) delicious, thanks so much for the recipe! I'll try it out next once I get the hang of milk bread 😋
