Thank you for your message and support, I have started doing mindfulness and meditation as a strategy to keep myself grounded and focus.

I do journaling every now and then depending on my mood. I do pool (billiards).

I am attempting to get back into my old hobbies that I’ve set aside in the past due to loss of interest.
