I'm glad you hear that the footy was good. At least it sounds like it gave you a bit of respite from the down. I'm sorry to hear that you have found yourself crying for no reason. It must be incredibly hard to sit in that space of crying and not knowing why, especially if you've had a good evening.

 

I hope you can find something to distract yourself tonight. I know in the past you spoke about watching a few things on telly or doing your skincare routine. Maybe that's something that can be a bit of a distraction until you go to bed?

 

I read that you feel you need to do some study. I hope you are okay to do it at this time of night, or is it easier you start early tomorrow? Do you plan on doing some exercise in the morning tomorrow?

 

@Red_Flamingo , as much as we hear how hard it is for you right now, know that you are not alone in this. Sometimes, just knowing someone is listening can be very helpful and can help one feel less lonely on their mental health journey.
