@-pringles- I think it sounds like you're settling on wanting to give it a bit of time, which is probably a good idea. 

 

Some stuff that might help in the meantime - focusing on stuff that makes you happy, or gives you energy (i.e. hobbies and interests, spending time with friends and/or family, focusing on your own goals, etc.), and making time to meet new people and make new connections.

 

And if you really find yourself focusing heaps on stuff you wanna say to him, it could be helpful to write it all down anyway, without ever intending to send it to him. It means it's less likely to keep swirling around your brain, and might help you to process your feelings by writing them all out.
