I think you've made some great suggestions here! I already spoken with my grandmother about him, and she really put things into persepctive. Also, its funny you'd mention goal setting, because my grandmother and I are actually going to be doing that tomorrow! Also, I recently graduated from a yarning circle (I'm Aboriginal for those of you who don't already know), and I learnt so much about culture and mental health and staying safe (blackfulla ways). Next week, my best friend and I will be sorting out our trip interstate! I've already tried typing random messages on my notes app on my phone (with no intention of sending them to him). I am much braver than I think 🙂
