I'm super glad you got to smash out the assessment! I reckon having a big vent probably did help - so feel free to vent here as often as you like, as long as it continues to be helpful. My friend has a saying, "What's shareable is bearable," and I've definitely found it to be true! Do you do any journalling? It can help in a similar way, to help get stuff off the chest and stop it from rolling around in the brain. There's heaps of ways to journal too - writing a random stream of consciousness is one way, but I've got friends who make voice notes, friends who type everything up, friends who do it through poetry or an online blog. Can be a nifty lil tool to add to your toolkit. 

 

It is awesome that you have a few different people who are there to support you through the tough times. Year 12 is an incredibly stressful time for so many, and I think sometimes the greatest pressure can come from the pressure we put on ourselves. Don't forget to take time to rest and recuperate, to nourish your creativity and engage in activities you enjoy - those are just as important as spending time studying!

 

I'm curious about what you mean about your teachers being 'too aware'. What does this look like for you? Is it having a negative impact on you? It's good that they're so supportive of you. I hope that means you feel safe to turn to them for help when you need it.
