You're welcome @Iya. I think it's perfectly understandable that you are having trouble thinking right now - when we're stressed our bodies go into fight/flight/freeze/fawn and that partially shuts down our capacity for logic and decision-making. Take some deep, steady breaths if you can, and maybe take some moments to reassure yourself that no matter what, things will be okay in the end - you will survive this.
I can understand that you don't want to become the talk of the school. I have no idea how your school handles such situations usually, but I wonder if that might be another reason to come forward yourself? Keeping it as something that only relevant staff know might mean there's less chance of it spreading as a rumour. Hard to say of course. Even if it does spread through the school, just remember that at the end of the day, the opinion of you that matters the most is your own. Just take it one step at a time, and maybe try to focus on getting some decent rest tonight - you might find it easier to get some clarity about how you want to approach this once you've had a bit of sleep.
I would also recommend giving Kids Helpline a call. Being able to talk it through with someone and get it off your chest can make all the difference in the world. Plus, you might be able to work together on a plan for what your next steps might be.
