Hey @yeah_it_tahtperson I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling so overwhelmed right now. I can imagine with year 12 looming, you're really feeling the pressure. It is definitely tough to feel like you don't have anything to look forward to. It's also a very common experience in the final years of high school to feel immense pressure and to feel like you might burn out before you get to the finish line.
Sometimes what can help immensely is to try to focus on the 'now'. Maybe have a think about things you might be able to do or change, like you could potentially create something to look forward to. For instance, planning a full day of just chilling out and engaging in self-care, booking in a massage, or organising a day out with friends/family. Do you think that could help?
