I absolutely love this question, thanks for asking it! I think I would have to go with my all time favourite show (that has earned itself an annual comfort binge): Avatar the Last Airbender.
I've always wanted to bend an element (and secretly, all four). i would love to explore the peaceful air nation temples filled with so much history, visit the Jasmine Dragon to get some life advice from Uncle Iroh and go penguin sledding with aang. When I'm stressed in real life I think how nice it would be to have a tea party with baby bison.
The world of Your Name would also be right up there. The thought of living quietly amongst nature in all it's beauty seriously sounds like a good life.
