I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through that. I just wanted to reach out and say that I also struggle with trying not to be socially awkward, so I understand how exhausting it can be to try and not be socially awkward. It sounds like it is especially challenging since you have a language barrier with your parents and have difficulty communicating what is wrong with them. I think there are many other people on the ReachOut forums who will relate to your experience of trying not to be socially awkward, so you are not alone in feeling this way.
